The request form
The form asks for your name, email, what you need help with, how I should reach you, and a short message. Phone and preferred times are optional. I use that only to reply and arrange a conversation. I do not sell it or use it for marketing.
Your request is emailed to me. It is not stored in a database on this site. I keep the email while it is useful to help you, or as required for client records.
Everything else
The calculators run in your browser. Those numbers are not sent to me.
This site does not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics records visits — which pages, roughly where from, and how people arrived — without advertising cookies or a visitor profile. The host keeps ordinary server logs to run the site, and a bot check on the form may store a short-lived token.
A mortgage application is handled by the brokerage and the lender, under their own notices.
